Here, we have come up with a suggestion of 10 Powerful Actions that might help you in living a Happier Life
So, Let’s begin

#1: Lift Weights:

It may sound creepy at first that what lifting weights has to do with happiness. Putting it straight both are intertwined. There are numerous not only physical but also mental benefits of lifting weights.

With muscle development your personality changes. It not only makes you look good but also fuels you with the much-needed self-confidence.

And, we all very well know that when stuck in the chuckhole of difficulties, if we have confidence we can always build stairs to come out.

#2: Keep a check on your anger:

Anger is something that will always remain extraneous no matter what the situation is. By being angry, one not only spoils one’s own mood but also digs a pothole which would be difficult to fill later on when one gets back to senses.

Yes senses, you read it correctly. In my opinion, when you are angry you lose your senses. When anger overpowers the body, the loss is irrevocable.

So we must estrange it from our existence. There are various things we can do but, the one that worked for me was deep breathing exercises.

#3: Eat healthy food:

Our health strongly depends on the food we eat. So, in order to be an owner of a healthy body, keep track of what you eat. You should inculcate some of the important foods in your dietary habits.
Eat raw or half-cooked vegetables.

Inculcate various seeds in your diet. Seeds such as pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds are a boon to have in your diet. Just go through their benefits on the web, you will be stunned.

There are many other changes that you can bring in your dietary habits. I will come up with a complete post on diet soon.

Remember, your body was the first thing you owned in your life. It has helped you achieve whatever you have today and will help you achieve whatever you desire in the coming days.

#4: Stop worrying about trivial things:

Now, this is extremely important. We sit and think about what will happen next?, What if I don’t pass the exam? , What if I don’t get a job?, What if I am fired from my job? What if she/he doesn’t accept my proposal?
Why put yourself in such grave situations?

Trust me, even if you get into any critical situation, it will be easier to deal with in reality than in your manufactured world. Stop worrying and enjoy life.

#5: Give up silly comparison:

Root out this pervasive rot from your life. We don’t want any more extinction.

#6: Make people Smile:

Everyone is stuck in the game of life. Relieve them with kindness. Compliment them, Hug them-sometime for no reason, Share your food, Listen to them-People love being heard.

Remember, Happiness multiplies exponentially.

You want to feel true love which is nowadays just confined to  books – Go Get a Dog.

When you wake up in the morning, beware, someone is staring at you. When you go out for work, there is always someone waiting selflessly for you.
When you return home from work, be ready to be attacked down with some divine love.
It may not understand your gains, but it definitely understands your pain. When you will feel low, it’ll share your sorrow and soon you’ll be out of it.

#8: Learn to accept your mistakes:

When you learn to accept your mistake you escape the associated guilt and hence you kill sadness.
See, no one is perfect.

#9: Less time on social networking sites:

Do you feel short of time? Give up social networking sites. You will never feel that again.

Come on, you don’t need to give up each one of them. It is important to stay in touch but, it’s not important to live in the ostentatious world.
I think it’s apparent what needs to be done.

#10: Learn new things:

Try to learn new things in your free time. Learning should never stop. Build a habit of mastering a new skill every now and then. Knowledge not only makes your life easier but also kills your ego.

When you come out of your megalomania, you begin to feel the goodness around.
